The canvas for your art

Sessions are held either in The Studio, your home, or outdoors in nature at Golden Hour - one hour prior to sunset. The location you select is the backdrop or canvas for your images so consider what colours, tones and ambience you would like to achieve with your images when selecting. Also consider the type of memories you would like captured. If your family story is centred around a specific location, let's go there.

Perhaps you like the idea of arriving to your session without having to prepare your home and therefore The Studio is the ideal place for you. You may find that being at home provides the most comfortable environment for your family and therefore, your session. Or, perhaps splashing amongst the waves at the beach or adventuring through new-found countryside is the memory you would like to treasure.

THE STUDIO

The Studio is my light-filled oasis in central Geelong with a simple, beautiful aesthetic designed to allow us to ignore the elements and enjoy a relaxed time together.

Sessions in The Studio don't mean harsh, direct lighting and held poses. It's a calming and tranquil space filled with divine natural light and styled with a variety of furniture and backdrop options including stunning textured walls and soft sheers. With direct access to my client wardrobe for mother and newborn, places to comfortably style yourself, feed and care for your children, arrive to The Studio for your session and have all your need waiting for you.

Located at Shop 17 / 132 Little Malop Street Geelong VIC 3220, The Studio is located in the Centrepoint Arcade behind Market Square Shopping Centre as part of the Creative Geelong community. HOME

As a natural light photographer, I’ll be looking for well-lit areas in your home, probably near a window. We’ll select one to three locations to use together and can bring props to help set the scene if needed. No need to prepare your entire home for my arrival, we need little space to create magical memories.

GOLDEN HOUR

Below, I have selected my favourite outdoor locations in the Geelong and Surf Coast area to provide the most beautiful backdrop for your Golden Hour images. Ranging from countryside, to beach and bush settings, I have located some hidden gems to ensure you can be relaxed and enjoy our session together. I also have some favourite locations in Melbourne and surrounds. Travel fees apply to locations outside of the Geelong / Surf Coast area. These sessions are held at sunset.

The Studio

Welcome to my light-filled oasis. Home of The Studio Mini sessions and an alternate location to Home or Golden Hour settings for any standard session type (excluding A Day In The Life).

A tranquil place away from the elements. A simple, neutral canvas upon which your connection to one another is both amplified and captured at its most beautiful. Relax and make this your home for our time together, in the heart of Geelong. Suitable for maternity, newborn, couples and small family sessions. The Studio is also the perfect backdrop for personal branding images.
